Event management & online fundraising tools, thoughtfully built for nonprofits
Flexible and relevant technology. Smart tools to improve the fundraising event experience for everyone. Guests, staff, sponsors, volunteers — from start to finish.
Since 1989, Auction & Event Solutions has partnered with nonprofits across the country to deliver unique, exciting, professionally managed events. We continue to thoughtfully build event planning solutions based on the needs of our service community with special attention to cost-management. Our flat fee pricing structure allows our clients to implement our event management and online fundraising tools without sacrificing financial reward. We believe nonprofits should never be penalized for their fundraising successes.
AES offers a three-part solution: 1) nonprofit event software including mobile bidding and event ticketing, 2) event equipment including tablets, laptops, printers, and internet routers, and 3) trained professional on-site support. We design and build our own software
Auction Conductor is just a small part of the Conductor software suite — our 4th generation of homegrown auction technology. With industry experience since 1989, and having helped thousands of clients raise millions of dollars, AES knows the right (and wrong) ways to raise money through auction technology. With the conductor series, we kept the good and scrapped the bad. We listened to our event professionals and clients who use the software every day and regularly incorporate their suggestions for improvements. The result: a fundraising platform for virtual and in-person events with the easiest-to-use interface in the industry. Check out our suite of online fundraising tools for nonprofits:
Auction Conductor is the tool we built to help our clients manage their events. You’ll use this to upload auction items, plan your table seating, run post-event reports and payment processing, send email and SMS text message notifications, and configure other software settings for your event.
Event Conductor is our mobile bidding application for event attendees. Your guests and offsite bidders will use this to learn more about items for auction, place their bids, and buy any multi-sale packages you may have designated.
Event Manager is the tool our staff and clients use on event day to manage guest check-in, check-out, and bid maintenance for both mobile bidding and paper events. This tool works equally well on tablets or laptops.
Ticketing Microsites give you the ability to publish your very own custom branded website specific to your event or campaign. Sell admission tickets, sponsorships, merchandise, and collect donations, and more.

“When I refer AES, I say, ‘We use an amazing auction company called Auction & Event Solutions (AES). We have used them for years and are so pleased with the level of customer service that they provide not only to our guests, but to us. They go above and beyond to understand the needs of the organization and auction to help determine what will work best. The best part about them is that they are like family and truly invested in the nonprofit world. I highly recommend them! You won’t be sorry.’”
